We are here to provide psychiatric evaluations for anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, schizophrenia, OCD, etc., for our patients. Medication management is provided with these services if needed. The initial evaluation will usually last between 45-60 minutes. Initial evaluations are $300 if your insurance is out of network or you are uninsured.

These appointments usually last 10-30 minutes. If your insurance is out of network or you are uninsured, follow-up appointments are $120.

We are pleased to offer both in-person and telehealth appointments based on your needs. Initial psychiatric evaluations will require an in-person evaluation in most circumstances. Still, arrangements can be made for telehealth appointments via HIPPA secure video platform based on your preferences for follow-up appointments. We also offer culturally sensitive care with Luis Dulin, NP, offering services both in Spanish and English. However, an interpreter will be necessary to schedule the initial appointment with the front desk to begin treatment.m description.

PLEASE NOTE: Telehealth services are subject to insurance coverage and eligibility. Coverage for telehealth may vary by plan, may change at any time, or may be denied by the insurance carrier.

If insurance coverage is not active, changes, or if telehealth services are not covered or are denied for any reason, the patient or the patient’s parent/legal guardian wi be financially responsible for the full self-pay rate of the appointment.
