Payment is due at time of Service
The initial evaluation will usually last between 45-60 minutes. Initial evaluations are $300 if your insurance is out of network or you are uninsured.
Follow-up appointments usually last between 10-30 minutes and are $110 if your insurance is out of network or you are uninsured.
