Alexandria (Alex) Adams, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with seven years of diverse nursing experience, including in both medical and behavioral health care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and has since dedicated her career to supporting individuals and families navigating mental health and substance use challenges.
Alex is deeply passionate about delivering high-quality, trauma-informed psychiatric care that honors the whole person. She has practiced across private, residential, and community-based settings—often working with underserved populations—and brings a deep respect for the unique paths each individual walks. Her approach is rooted in meeting people exactly where they are, without judgment, and helping them move toward healing at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
With clinical expertise in psychopharmacology, diagnostic evaluation, and care coordination, Alex integrates medication management with therapeutic support, always in collaboration with clients, families, and care teams.
